Mr. Harvey brings a wealth of experience and expertise to Sinclair Elementary, having previously served as the Assistant Principal at Harmony Elementary. During his time there, he was highly regarded by the faculty for his outstanding relational skills, strong work ethic, and effective leadership.

Before joining ECISD, Mr. Harvey served as an elementary academic coach at Judson ISD and taught elementary math, reading, and social studies in North East ISD and Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
